I can recommend all of the products from Shearer's, especially a joint of aged sirloin that we have when the family all comes together. The meat is always the best, like the Lincolnshire sausages. I love the cooked products too, from pork pies to scotch eggs, the sausage rolls and haslet.

I shop with Shearer’s because you will always get a friendly, very helpful service. Nothing is too much trouble.

I first heard about Shearer Butchers through a colleague who mentioned how good the service was during COVID. Having struggled to get any decent meat at the supermarket during COVID shortages I decided to try it. I was amazed at the quality and variety on offer, and now never purchase meat from anywhere else!

Well, back in the 90’s, Gerald Shearer used to come to my fruit and vegetable shop so I started to support his butcher's shop as he supported me and I’ve been coming ever since, even when I packed my shop up in 2005. I suppose I’ve been a customer for more than 30 years!

I shop at Shearer’s because the quality is second to none, I get a good range and do most of my food shop there. From loaves of bread, eggs, sausage rolls, rib-eye steak, chutney, everything! The team has also bought me up to the 21st century as I love buying their BBQ rubs to put on my pork! Anything new that comes into the shop, I’ll always give it a go as I know they always have the best quality of products.

We find it important to support other small, local businesses, and G. Shearer and Son supply our busy restaurant. We couldn’t be happier with what they provide for us and everyone comments on the superb quality of what we serve from there. They accommodate our needs, and the staff always go above and beyond. We can’t recommend them enough!

I have been a customer at Shearer’s for over 25 years, I was actually Ben's first customer which, in itself, is testament to their good and tasty products. We, as a family, particularly enjoy flat iron steaks, beef mince, chicken and of course, the best sausages in Lincolnshire - not forgetting a varied selection of cooked meats. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
